Master 2 Secteur Financier (company law - Financial sector) aims to give an in-depth course of great diversity, in order to make it possible for the students to learn and to fully master the whole range of issues relative to the financial sector.

Insurance, banking, marketing, financing, management of inheritance or financial management, taxation, accountancy: all these fields are dealt with, in their legal dimensions as well as economic, due to the special collaboration of teachers of the Faculty of economy, the Institute of Industrial Economy - IDEI (founded by Jean-Jacques Laffont) and of the Institute of Administration of Companies (IAE) of Toulouse.

Various branches of law are covered during the course: from Obligation Law to risk management law, law of the financial markets to criminal business law, thus offering the students an overall picture of the fundamental legal questions which interest the financial community.

Many professionals are brought in to contribute within the framework of the Master: their experience makes it possible to associate the theoretical lesson to a practical, appreciable approach from the point of view of an eminent professional.

An internship and the writing of a report at its conclusion, make it possible for the students to implement, in a professional environment, the knowledge acquired in their chosen specialization (insurance, banking or financial markets).

The Master strives to be the essential hyphen between the University and the Company.

In order to help with the international mobility of the students, a financial English module is also proposed.
