The Scientific council
The Scientific council has as its goal to see that the teaching objectives of the course are respected and to create university research in the financial sector. It is chaired by Bernard Beignier and Christian Gollier.
Bernard BEIGNIER, Dean of the Law Faculty and Political sciences of the University of Toulouse 1, he is a Lecturer in private law. His speciality is insurance. |

Christian GOLLIER, Professor of Economy at the University of Toulouse 1 and researcher to the Institute of Industrial Economy (IDEI), is a specialist in risk management. He created, in 1991, with the French Federation of Insurance companies (FFSA)the pulpit «Economy of the insurance ".
